BILLING & CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT

MISSION STATEMENT:  “To provide timely and accurate utility bills to our water, sewer and natural gas customers, while maintaining a high level of courteous and professional customer service.”
The Billing and Customer Service Department, under the supervision of the City Manager, is responsible for the monthly billing for utility services including water, sewer, natural gas and garbage pick-up for Crescent City residents, as well as natural gas service in Welaka, Pomona Park, Satsuma and San Mateo.  This department also coordinates service calls to water and natural gas customers.
